| To return an item to shoplift.com , please follow the steps below within 30 days of purchase.
E-mail customer service stating that you want to return a product. Please include invoice number and a detailed reason for returning the item.
Once the e-mail has been received customer service will send further instructions on how and where to ship the item.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in original condition, including the original packaging, documentation, warranty cards. Do not mark or deface any of the packaging. Any items that do not meet these requirements will be returned.
After receiving and inspecting the merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price less original shipping and 15% restocking fee.
We cannot refund your original shipping charges or charges to ship the item back to us. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card. |
