Shipping Policy



48 Contiguous United States
Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the items. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Standard Ground (3-7 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 full business days.

Third Day (3-4 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Third Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-4 full business days.

Standard Freight for Oversized Items (14-21 business days)
Some heavy or oddly shaped items must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Usually, Oversized Items arrive in 14-21 business days after leaving the warehouse. The delivery company should contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a minimum of a four-hour time frame for the delivery and an adult must be available to accept, inspect, and sign-for the delivery. The item will be delivered to your designated shipping address. The total charge does not include inside delivery, removal of cartons, or assembly. When your order is delivered, immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur please contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately by calling 800-470-2044. It is not necessary to contact customer service if the box is damaged, but your product is acceptable. Please visit Your Account area for answers to questions about your order. Premium Freight (White Glove/Silver Service)(14-21 business days)
Oversized items are heavy or oddly shaped items that must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Many oversized items on this site may be shipped via a premium delivery service called White Glove/Silver Service for an additional charge. If this option is available it will be noted on the Product Detail page and during Checkout. White Glove/Silver Service delivery charges vary according to individual products; exact charges will be noted during your checkout process. Items shipped using this service will be delivered to your home, brought inside, and carried to the room of your choice within two floors of the main level (unless a service elevator is present). Please note that set-up or assembly is not included in this service.

Alaska or Hawaii (USPS Media Mail)(7-14 business days)
Most media items may be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii via USPS Media Mail Service. You can expect your order to arrive within 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Media items include most books, music, films, computer-related media and some other forms of printed media weighing less than 70 lbs. The following items cannot be shipped via USPS Priority mail at this time; items over 70 lbs, freight-only items, and flammable items.

P.O. Boxes (USPS Media Mail)(7-14 business days)
Most media items including CD's, books, and VHS tapes can be shipped via USPS Media Mail Service. You can expect delivery within 7-14 full business days. P.O. Boxes in Alaska or Hawaii (same policies as the 48 contiguous United States P.O. boxes). We are currently not able to ship orders to APO/FPO Addresses or to U.S. Territories, including the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

In Stock Items
Most orders for In-Stock Items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock Item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

Advanced Sale Items
Advanced Sale Items are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. An Advanced Sale Item you order is shipped directly to you once it is in stock. You will be notified of the status of your Advanced Sale Item via e-mail. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. Expected shipment time (for example, "Advanced Sale: buy now for shipping in 4-6 weeks") is indicated on the Product Detail Page. Please note, expected shipment times appearing on the Product Detail Page specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. The shipping cost shown for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay for the item. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout. Depending on the item(s) you purchase on ShopLift on Amazon and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the item. Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized items shipping via a freight trucking company.

Oversized Items
Usually, Oversized Items arrive in 14-21 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven full business days. Because this is a larger and heavier item, it can only be sent via ground freight; therefore, we cannot offer expedited shipping. The freight trucking company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building. Your item is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help you unload the item and carry it inside.

Tracking your order
At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately and generally appear in Your Account along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

Finding your order status
Check your email. You were required to enter an email address during Checkout; you will receive emails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order. Visit the website. Sign In for Your Account Order History at amazon.com or Shoplift.com 24 hours a day. You may view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as past orders. Returns Policy



Shoplift 30-Day Return Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from ShopLift. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges. The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. After receiving and inspecting the merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price less original shipping and 15% restocking fee. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist within 30 days of delivery at 1-800-470-2044. Please be prepared to supply the Specialist with the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately at 1-800-470-2044. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the original shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. Returning an Item: The packing slip in your package will contain detailed return instructions for all returnable items. Please refer to the packing slip instructions when returning an item. If you need further assistance please contact a Customer Service Specialist at 1-800-470-2044 for instructions on how to correctly return an order or how to arrange a freight delivery pickup for your items. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order. Return Exceptions: All sales are final for customized products and autographed collectibles. These items cannot be returned. AGAIN, THESE ITEMS WILL BE CLASSIFIED AS A NON-RETURNABLE ITEM. At this time ShopLift will not accept any return that has been tailored or personalized. Manufacturer's Warranties: Many of the items that are sold on ShopLift come with a manufacturer's warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, contact the manufacturer directly. Instructions on how to do this will be included with your product information.
