My 2 year old is absolutely thrilled with her costume, but it is very flimsy especially considering the $30 price tag. There is a belt with velcro on it that stuck to the flimsy red dress, a very thin felt-like material. It already snagged it upon taking it out of the packaging. She will have to wear something else underneath as the material is very thin, you can see her underwear right through it. Not to mention she will freeze if this is the only thing she has on. Sort of disappointed with this purchase. Wish I knew how to sew or I would have used my money to make a sturdier dress.

My three year old daughter was the most awesome Annie with this costume last Halloween! Everything was just right for the cost, the wig is super cute. Great buy!

It looks exactly like the picture. I did not have the wig for my daughter but we sprayed her hair red and since she has curls it looked adorable. Everyone knew exactly what she was for halloween. The material is not the softest but I put a long sleeve shirt under it and she it' didn't bother her at all.

This was a present for my granddaughter, who adores the Annie character. She loved it and we can hardly get her to take it off! It fit well and was easy to get on and off. I thought the fabric could have been a little better quality, but she will wear it more as a play dress than a costume. It fit the bill perfectly.
