My son loves it, but I thought the pvc pieces were supposed to be 3-D'ish. My son wears a 10 in clothes but I ordered it larger by one size and thank goodness because it fits perfect. Hope this helps.

My son is 6 years old, he is in a size 7 and the 8-10 size costume was an extremely snug fit.

Two piece hemet adds to authenticity Nov 05, 2007

My son, who is 5, was very happy with this outfit for Halloween. It has the 2-piece helmet that forms one helmet that covers the whole head, just like the Clone Trooper would wear. It felt authentic to him.
He has only worn it a couple of times but it does seem to be holding up pretty well so I am sure that it will become part of his dress-up box and we will enjoy many Star Wars themed playtimes.

We actually read the reviews from other parents on here before buying the costume. Several of the parents said that the costume ran very small and barely fit their children. So, we ordered the next size up and that was a big mistake. The costume was huge. I am now wondering if possibly their kids were overweight because I think this probably would have fit correctly. I ended up having to buy some velcro and jimmy rig the belt to fit our son so that it wouldn't fall down when he walked. The suit is suprisingly durable but the helmet is pretty cheap. My son loves the costume and can probably wear it for many years to come. I guess the bigger size did allow him to wear a huge coat underneath for trick or treating.

Good product. Has held up well between Halloween and the daily wear since then. Only thing I wish is that it had the gloves besides that, I would certainly buy another costume like this.
