Going back Sep 07, 2010

I bought 2 of these cases for my daughters- 1 of them is going back to the store- It is flimsy and every time you open a side the little balls go flying everywhere- So until they create a better travel system my girls will have to live with keeping them in a bag.

Tote & Go? Smash & Trash! Nov 16, 2010
By gingerplum The first review is way too charitable; this is absolute garbage. I was standing in line to buy this with some other Squinkies toys I'm stashing away for Christmas. As I pulled this out of the cart, I crushed one of the bubbles with my thumb. On closer inspection, it's not a hard shell case like you'd expect. It's two thin, cellophane-like sheets of bubbles that slide in and out of the flimsy zippered tote that's pictured. At first I thought it must be just the packaging; nope, it's the "case." Picture the molded cellophane trays that Oreos come in. Seriously, like that. You'd be much better off using any random tote bag for storage. The Squinkies toys are very cute, but this should be a gift with purchase at best. The manufacturer should be ashamed to sell this at all, much less for almost $20.

Don't waste your money!! Nov 18, 2010

This case for Squinkies is JUNK!!! It is so thin and flimsy, I returned it. I don't think it would last long at all. I bought a (very) cute make-up case for almost half the price and it does the job. Plus it will last much longer. The squinkies themselves are very cute, and my daughter loves them - but don't but this case!!

Bad Product. Jan 10, 2011

First off, I don't want to give "Squinkies," a bad name. I think the little animals are adorable and a great collection for little girls. My son has always collected, "Mighty Beanz," but my daughter complained that they were mostly for boys. So when she got some Squinkies for Christmas she was delighted, and now wants to start her own girl collection.
The only product I have a problem with is this Tote and Go Organizer and Carry Case. Since she got it for Christmas as a gift from someone, we will still use it... BUT, I have big problems with it. The plastic inserts on the inside of the case that hold the Squinkies, don't actually fit inside the carrying case. They didn't make the carrying case big enough for the plastic inserts to go inside it. So you basically have to bend them up to get the case to zip up.
The other problem is that the inserts are just thin plastic. If my daughter was to accidently step on it, then it would ruin the whole thing. Even though you might be able to "pop the plastic" back in place... I don't think it's fair to spend money on something you HAVE to pop back in place.
Like the other reviews, children do have a problem opening up the cases because the Squinkies just go flying everywhere. It is not a very "stable" product. It is better if a parent opens it up and puts the Squinkies away.
I would have given this a one star review, but I went with two because since we have it then we are still going to use it. I might update this review once I see how long it lasts.
When it does got broken/wore out....... I will buy a CABOODLE to put all the Squinkies in, because I think that is more practical.
So if your reading this.... look up: CABOODLES.

Not worth the money Dec 31, 2010
By Mo B. This is a terrible product. It is hard to zip, it is flimsy and hard for my 7 year old daughter to put the squinkies in. It is really useless. She'd rather use a plastic ziploc baggie than this. Don't waste your money.
