Spaulding backboard Jul 27, 2010 I purchased this backboard to replace one that was about 20 years old that had cracked. The backboard was just as represented and required only simple assembly. We were surprised at the light weight and the ease of mounting the new backboard. It was a perfect fit for the old mount even though it was not a Spaulding. I would recommed this backboard to anyone looking for a low cost replacement.

BADASS Mar 27, 2010 This is a great backboard. it is pritty easy to put together, looks nice, and doesnt brake easily if that what u think. it has the hole to bolt into the wall and the bolts. so this is a great item.
Great Buy. Jan 29, 2010 If you want a court for just recreational use this is the one for the money. Easy to assemble and affordable. Don't expect it to take abuse from viscous dunking.
Average Board Nov 16, 2009 Worth the money; inexpensive. But, it is lightweight & flexible. Not what you really want for a backboard. I'm sure we'll get our use out of it. Installation was easy with the universal bracket we had to purchase seperately.

Already broken. :( Jun 09, 2009 This backboard broke when the first 12-year-old jumped up and grabbed the rim. This happened two days after I installed it. I know it's not built to withstand too much abuse but I had hoped for more than this.
