Works great on XP Home and I beleive Pro, but I couldn't get it to work on Vista.
Fair unit at a fair price.

Don't buy this, the one I have has a connector so loose you have to push the cable inwards constantly to get a picture, and even then the picture randomly decides to cut out and you have to play with it a lot to get it to come back. Let go, and you can't see anything. Worthless.

The Sabrent card is garbage. First it would not tune in every channel even with XP drivers. Second their website is a joke. They claim to have Vista drivers. That is a lie. Vista immidiately rejects them.

Lastly as I continued to use this card in XP the video quality degraded significantly.
