I was dissapointed in this purchase. I could have bought the exact same costume at Walmart for $13.00 and ended up paying $28.00 with shipping. I thought it would be a better quality.
Face mask arrived crack on the nose May 19, 2011
By Rubies The Dark Knight - Batman I ordered this Batman Dark Knight for my son as a gift and it arrived on March 30, 2011, and I opened it and I see that that was a crack on the nose. I assumed that this crack was due to the merchant shipped via USPS Priority while other heavier packages were stacked on top of it as the box was crushed. When I see this I immediately called the merchant to see if they can replace just the mask, they said they would with no cost to me. As of today 5/19/2011, I still haven't received a replacement mask from them. The merchant shipped the custome on time but failed to replace the broken mask. I would give this merchant a C-. -tx

By M. Kwok There were two white spots on the muscle/chest area that couldn't be removed. I contacted the seller by email. They replied quickly and they gave me 20% off. The overall quality was low. The mask was hard and the edges were a little sharp.

my son loves this costume. the mask is plastic and i just had to make the strap smaller for his head (knotting it). great great costume.

By Brooke Hally it came just as promised ~ it did take a little bit longer than other items that I had ordered but it did arrive before the date expected.
