Useful storage shed Nov 07, 2006
By A. Keesee This shed is pretty easy to put together; most of the parts slide on rails and snap together. It's easiest to do with 2 people. If you are considering putting it underneath something (like a deck), make sure you have a couple extra feet of clearance beyond the height of the shed itself. This is because the pieces slide on rails so you need the space to slide the side panels onto the rails. (We ended up building it outside the deck, then moving it underneath the deck.) You can download the assembly directions at rubbermaid's website before purchasing. Tools listed in directions: phillips head screwdriver, rubber mallet, eye protection. When assembling the shed, don't get too overexcited with the rubber mallet. Be careful if you use it to tap in the rails, or don't use it for this at all, because it is easy to bend the edges and/or break pieces off.

Rubbermaid Rough 163 cubic feet storage shed Jun 09, 2008

I am very happy with this rubbermaid shed. It was easy to put together and we had no problems as an edlerly couple. The shed was just what we needed to keep our electric motor carts dry and gardening supplies easy accessible. We love it and recommend this shed for it's quality and simplicity of assembly.

Quality Product Apr 17, 2011
By C. Cannon I bought this shed to store my lawn mower and some other items back in fall of 2002. Almost 9 years later and it's still in excellent condition. Outside shows some aging, but most likely nothing a good cleaning would not correct. The doors still work perfectly and stay shut during storms (one of my intial concerns) and there has never been any rain leakage into the shed even in the heaviest of rains. Flooring is extremely durable with no buckling, cracking, etc. at all.
I am currently looking to purchase a larger shed only because I need more space. The only complaint I have (and a very minor one) is that while it is set up to add wood shelving, it's not a great set up (unless they have made some modifications in newer models). It does work and I have shelving that has been installed almost the entire time I have had the shed, but I have had to do some slight modifications over the years to keep it in place. I still give this 5-stars as it has shown it will stand up over time.
