Bought 2 pair to replace the factory speakers in a 2008 Ford F-150 XL regular cab, and they fit perfectly as replacements. No altering needed. The sound is a step up from stock factory speakers commensurate with the price. I paid about $65 shipped for both, and for that price I feel the modest sound improvement over factory speakers was a good value when combined with a Pioneer FH-P800BT replacement of the factory radio.

I purchased these like 6 months ago and i must say they held up strong. They didn't pop or tear. these speakers sound good. They Sound Great But when their Amplified! their a beast they dont distort or loose quality in sound. Push these with a SSL F4.400 and u wont be disappointed!

These are meant as factory replacements and they do their job well. They handle lower frequencies better than factory speakers and are all around clearer with a more solid sound. An EXCELLENT value by far. Performance unmatchable by none as a full range speaker.

Received speakers and installed them in my 04 F-150. Easy installation. Just pop off the door grill and unscrew the 4 screws and release the wire connection. Attach the enclosed wire to the new speakers. Then remove the connection from old speakers and cut the two wires. Attach connection to the new wire with positive going to positive wire. Then install in door after making wire connection and replace grill. Both front doors took about an hour to complete.
