I bought this remote because I thought that it can operate the PIP functions and will serve as a solution for the lousy Samsung TV remote that I have.
It did not! The buttons are hard to push and some of the functions don't work like the Audio swap between the two pictures in PIP or the main menu button. My recommendation Don't waste your money on this product.
Now my 16 months baby uses it as a toy.

I got a display model SAMSUNG TV with no remote
This remote work well right out of the box
I needed a remote with power, video input, volume, channel up/down, channel number buttons
This one did it all with no programing and the price was good.
