I bought this for my 4 year old son. He has a vivid imagination and loves to play pretend. It is well made and gender neutral in my opinion. I intend to paint it as I think this will enhance its overall appearance. The garage is really cool, especially for those kids who like to play cars too. The house has been used as a fort and a staging area for lego too. It is one of the best value "dollhouses" on the market I believe. Well worth the money.

Solidly made and the kids are still playing with it. What better recommendation that they aren't playing with the box instead!

My 4 yr old girl got tired of playing with this after about 15 minutes and it's collected dust ever since. In that 15 minutes she was able to break most of the furniture, the front door and the garage door, so it's NOT durable either. However, my kids prefer outdoor play, so perhaps a child that enjoys doll play more could get more out of it.
