This new batman set's minifigs are definitely different then their predecessors.

Placed side by side, the new catwoman head is more quirky. The mask has a matte finish and is actually larger and the eye holes are differently shaped. The torso attempts to be more sexy with some curves.

The batman that comes with catwoman is also different then the older one. Has a back graphic and the belt is different slightly. He also has a familiar cape piece .

The set itself isn't amazing. Bike is nice. The set seems to be more focused on the figures then the other components. Another set is needed to compliment the playability. The set comes with a traffic light, some boxes, the cat cycle, and two minifigs. I'll most likely be picking up a few more of this set just to have more catwoman. The torso piece is great in general for minifig customizations.

I'm a recent convert to the cult of Lego collecting. I grew up with the toys, but was brought back into the fold as an adult. And being a huge comic book fan growing up, this DC line has been something that I've really looked forward to.

This is the cheapest Batman set, and the only place to get the new Catwoman figure.

MINIFIGS:

1. Catwoman - Really, she's the reason to get this set. The figure is definitely more along the lines of "cat burglar" than the femme fatale some might be used to from the movies and comic books. She comes with a whip and diamond, and looks great.

2. Batman - if this is the only Batman set you're getting, this is going to be a disappointment because he doesn't come with a cape! Instead, he's got a glider/jet-pack type thing, which is really cool if this isn't your only Batman. I kind of wish the glider-cape was black instead of blue.

SET:
Not a whole lot here. I like that the street lamp adds a realistic touch, but the whole "toppling" action is kind of lame. The set also comes with some nice newspapers and crates.

Not a lot to say. Not many pieces involved with this one. Still, fun to display, and the over-sized diamond Catwoman carries is definitely a plus. I'm glad I purchased it.

Batman returns with a nice new jet-pack to try to catch Catwoman as she speeds away. The figures again look awesome. This is a repeat of the blue Batman in the Batcave and Funhouse Escape, but you do receive some nice new batwings for when he is in flight. The giant purple bike is okay, but not too realistic compared to other motorcycles Lego has produced. The street scene is actually quite nice and I may use that street light and newspaper display for my Modular layout. The Catwoman figure print is very well done with some of those new Lego curves they give to the ladies.

Being the cheapest set with some great figures, how can one say no?

I have two awesome little boys to blame for all of the Legos I purchase but the fact is I love them too. It is great Father-Son time and I feel like it engages their brain in a way that helps them build good work habits. They learn to decipher the instructions and follow a blueprint. They learn that little by little something can be built and accomplished. Legos are great.

I also love comic books. My children especially love DC heroes.

Legos are a special kind of toy among toys. They are also a great company with diverse product line. We have bought every Harry Potter and much of the Star Wars sets.

I love the Super Heroes Legos because I can channel my boys enthusiasm for super heroes into an activity I feel improves their sense of self worth, utilizes their critical thinking, and gives their Dad (me!) an opportunity to enjoy playtime with them.

This particular set is small but fun. It has a little street light, motorcycle, and batman and catwoman minifigs. I bought this set for my 3 year old because of how simple it is. He built it and loves it.
