I ordered this costume for my son's school Halloween party weeks ago. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong costume. When I returned it (express mail) they still hadn't processed the return when I called and emailed them 5 times before reaching them. They were unresponsive, unapologetic, and lacked customer service skills. If they can't get a handle on the Halloween rush of costume purchases, they shouldn't be in business.
