The "Jugs Instant Screen" portion of the order came fine, but no other items listed in the product description.

Product Features:
o Jugs Instant Screen - arrived
o Jugs Toss Machine - missing
o Throw-down Home Plate - missing
o Toss Machine Drill Book - missing
o 2-Dozen Sting-Free Baseballs -missing

Instead of shipping me the missing items. Amazon asked me to pack up the one good item I received and send it back, and they are reprocessing the same order. What are the chances I will still receive the one item?

I will update when I receive the shipment...

I still haven't tried the product. They can't get the order shipment right. Only received the toss machine. I called in to let them know they had a problem based on my experience as well as the previous customer review. They sent a 2nd package the next week. Same problem. Now I have two Toss machines and still NO batting net. We'll attempt a third time.

I'm assuming the produt should work well once received. So this review is only on the ordering process.

I LOVE this product! I got it for my seven year old who moved to coach pitch from t-ball this spring. We had great success with this machine! He is better able to time his swings, and getting more batting practice in which is always good! I love the fact that it has a rechargeable battery when we are at the field I can break it out and not have to worry about an electrical outlet. I would probably buy the one with the remote control next time but this one works great!
