Perfect for the Baseball Enthusiast Feb 03, 2011

I coach a 10U Baseball team and we do not have storage space at our fields, so it was necessary to have a quality-portable screen. I have used my L screen for 2 full seasons. The Jugs Quick Snap L Screen meets my criteria for a quality-portable screen. It takes about 2 minutes to set up and 2 minutes to put away. Poles are first class and the netting is HIGH QUALITY. In my opinion, the NETTING MAKES THE SCREEN. Don't get me wrong, the Poles are Great... but the netting is quality nylon material that is not wearing out and does not snag or tear. The L screen is not light! I put the straps over my shoulder and lug the 50+ pounds to the field... but it is worth it every time as it provides me the safety I need to conduct effective batting practice and give my kids the swings they need at the plate.
I have set-up, taken-down, and transported this L Screen at least 50 times to and from the field and I have yet to have an issue with it or the carry bag.
The screen is worth it!
Jugs Quick-Snap screens are great Dec 23, 2011
By Joseph Nardone I have bought three JUGS screens in the past few years. We leave them set up for 6 months at a time at our practice field. We have two sock-net screens and one L-screen. The netting and the frame have stood up to the weather for 4 years. I noticed that the most recently purchased screen has a thicker steel cable holding the pieces together than the older screens. One bonus is that the sock nets will sometimes catch a passing rabbit so that if you check them every day you can get a free meal.

Great protective net Aug 18, 2009
By Yogi Burgie Well conceived and constructed; fast set-up, strong and durable materials, but at the cost of being a little heavy to carry around (42 lbs).
