FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Jul 26, 2008
By P. Robinson Ordered a 12x12x24 cage for $99.99 (great deal- don't go for it). Got the cage, fast shipping, had it by Friday on the same week ordered. Wrong cage. I called and talked with Heidi who told me they were aware of this problem with the website. She issued a call tag to have it returned. Said she issued me a shipping credit on that day (received email to agree) charges have never made it back to credit card as on 7/25/08. Merchandise issue we received. Was told she would price match, give $200.00 credit so I could buy the correct cage (the one they advertised) that was299.99 so I would only be paying same price of 99.99 dollars. On 7/23 I received an email (this after several calls and message left for her) that she was sorry she thought she had sent me the code for my 25% coupon. Can someone tell me where you get 25% from $200.00????? Save your time, money and sanity. Do not buy a batting cage from this company. It will only end in disappointment for you and your child. I am think of a small claims case for false advertisement and not returning all of my money. BEWARE, BEWARE!

Incorrect Listing Aug 14, 2008
By J. Betts The listing indicates that the net is 24' long (2 sections). The net sent was only 12' long (1 section). After speaking with the Fogdog rep, it turns out that the listing is in error and was supposed to be updated. As of today, it appears that the update has still not been completed. Fogdog was very helpful in the return process and made it as easy as possible to complete the return. I would recommend them for their customer service, but this product listing should be corrected.

Mine was the smaller one too, but the size was actually perfect Apr 12, 2009
By Jeffrey C. Lyons They obviously need to correct the price/size discrepancy IMMEDIATELY. We got ours, thinking that it would be the larger one, but went ahead and set it up in our backyard, and discovered that it is actually perfect. It has plenty of room inside, and takes up less of our backyard. We put the pitching machine about 8-10 ft away and aim through the square hole. Our whole family (and friends) have been using it, and the kids have to fight with Mom and Dad for playtime at bat. I was really worried that I would have to disassemble the thing every weekend when it is time to mow. While it is very easy to set up and take down, really I only have to lift the net to the top and clamp with clips at top and just mow underneath. The cage is ten feet tall!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT Jul 22, 2008
By B. Walsh
"BLW"
The description of the batting cage is 12ft x 12ft x 24ft, when the item is received it is 12ft x 12ft x 10 almost 1/3 the lenght I was told I was purchasing. All I am offered is a refund, well this is not going to help my 8 year old son, because it was a birthday present.
I was told I could spend another $ 200.00 to receive a batting cage almost the size of the one I ordered. WOW what customer service!
