At first I was not happy with my purchase, because it did not come with one of the options that Garrett advertised on their website. After contacting the company and talking with Michael Bernzweig, he actually bend over backwards and made it a point to send me at no extra cost the items that were missing from the options. He even added some extra items to the order just to make me happy. I will certainly do business with Detector Electronics in the future, their customer service department certainly took care of me. I will definately give them 5 stars in satisfaction. THANKS A MILLION!!
