I am so pleased with this adorable elephant costume!
First off, the shipping was incredibly fast, the costume arrived in 4 days!! Arrived way before the estimated arrival date.
COSTUME QUALITY
I am also very impressed with the quality of the costume, it looks one of a kind and handmade (in a good way). Both the top and bottom (body and head) parts of the costume are lined with a super soft silk like material, no itchy parts exposed to bother your little one. There is Velcro up the back of the "body" and "head" parts of the costume, it's very durable but more importantly this makes it incredibly simple to take on and off a squirmy toddler. The costume fits very nicely around the face without using elastic, which I think makes a costume look very cheap to have elastic around the face. I was a little worried about the feet and whether the bottoms had fabric, which would get incredibly dirty... this is not the case. The feet are open at the bottom and fit nicely over shoes with a small piece of elastic to slip under the shoe to keep the "elephant foot" in place.
SIZING
I bought this costume for my VERY tall 2 year old who is about 41" tall and wears a size 4T. The main body is slightly baggy, but it looks good. The neck is not too loose and even though the legs are long, the elastic around the ankles prevents them from draggy on the floor (like sweatpants. The top part fits perfectly around my sons face, with very little extra room. But keep in mind my son is 2 and still has chubby toddler cheeks so this does not mean it wouldn't fit taller children. I would definitely say this costume is the equivalent of a 5T or a child size 4, 5 would be stretching it and I really don't think size 6 would fit this costume at all. If your child is a 4 year old or the size of a 4 year old (like mine) this is the perfect size; a little extra room to wear warm clothes underneath and look just like a cuddly elephant.

So so so cute. Not terribly strong--I reinforced the ears after one started to rip, but my 3 year old is pretty rough on things. It was adorable and a good deal.

Our 4 year old was dead set on an elephant costume after falling for one of Peppa Pig's friends... This outfit arrived promptly, in good packaging. The tailoring and construction are very sturdy. It was nice to see it well lined and securely stitched. If playing elephant is important for your tot, here's a solid choice.

I was worried that this costume might be too small for my 4 almost 5 year old. I was not and she was the most adorable elephant and had the best costume on. Every house she went to they all were that is the cutest elephant costume I have ever seen and asked if I had made it.
