5small but powerful  Jul 06, 2010
By J. Weber
These ARE small! Which is what I like about them, weighing one pound and being only 4 x 5" they are so easy to take with I enjoy using them. The optics are very good. Not as good as our much more expensive Bushnells, but these get used a bit more as they are so convenient to take along on the kayak or on a trip. One caveat - these work well for me as I have a smaller face, but they are too small for my husband, who has a larger face and his eyes are farther apart. So if that description fits you too, try another pair of Bushnells.

5Twas blind but now I see  Jan 21, 2010
By Lafoxa
Such crisp, clear images! So easy to use & they're comfortable in my hand - I'm an avid bird watcher & the Bushnell H2O 10x26 binoculars make viewing my winged friends so much more enjoyable than the old, bulky pair I had been using - now I see what I was missing in breathtaking detail which helps to identify even the littlest birds - and I can't wait to take them to a concert as they fit perfectly in a coat pocket or handbag

5Excellent binoculars  Feb 04, 2012
By NissanSentra "Niss"
When I saw them in the box, I thought that the binos would have a mediocre performance. I was wrong! Despite the fact they are small and compact the optics are pretty good (the optics are BK4 the kind used on good quality binos), crystal clear (after focusing), and no vision blurring (blurring occurs when the magnification is too big, experts recomend to look for a magnification of 10x or 12x at the most if you are using them for hiking o fauna watching. the second pair of numbers has to do with the diameter of the front lenses, the larger the lenses the more light will get into the binos system which means you can see under low light conditions, they have nothing to do with magnification. The first digit or digits have to do with the magnificacion. A 10x26 will have more magnification than a 7x35). I have the Celestron 25x70 and the Celestron Upclose 20x50. The Bushnell
H20 10x26 has better optics than the Upclose and is a little behind the 25x70.
However for the price you pay, it is worthy. If you are a newbie with binoculars and are thinkink on buying a good pair of binoculars and don't have much money, get the Bushnell H20.Believe me, you won't be disappointed!
I bought mine second hand from Amazon and looked like new. You may want to take the
chance and save a few bucks.

4good purchase  Jul 01, 2011
By Daniel
I bought these as a gift for my father to take on a cruise to Alaska. Since we were traveling, I needed light weight as well as clarity of vision. These fit the bill. My dad enjoyed them and they were convenient to carry around.

1Two strikes....  Jun 22, 2011
By Skaphandrus
Look great on paper, but the optics on the first one I received were misaligned, giving a double image that would not converge. Assuming that was a fluke, I exchanged the item. On the second one, the plastic piece housing the axial rod around which the oculars rotate when changing interpupillary distance was split down the middle, rendering this one useless as well. Perhaps I would have had better luck with a third unit, but clearly there are some major problems in manufacturing and quality control.
