I LOVE this product. I am slowly but surely becoming a Bliss fanatic. Love Handler does what it advertises. If you work out, it help you along by smoothing and tightening the skin (NOT the fat, the SKIN). If you don't work out, it still helps tighten the skin along your abdomin and waist. Its fabulous. My skin feels smooth and soft. The smell is wonderful and not medicinal like some products made for this sort of purpose. I LOVE this product.

Yes, I'm honestly going to say that I think that cream in a jar can work wonders for your body! Let me preface that by including that I am 5'8" and muscular, but after having 2 kiddos (the most recent only 8 months ago) and working in IT (mostly at a desk), I was noticing some extra thickness around my middle and a little pooch below my belly button. I am built like an hourglass, so I've always been a little proud of my tiny waist, but after the second baby, it's been tough to get back! We have a trip to Cozumel in a couple of weeks and I was starting to sweat the bikinis! I even went for a consultation for Zerona and Zeltiq treatments (which I don't believe...the before/after shots looked like someone was just sucking in or standing up straighter...for $1800, I think I'll keep my money). Needless to say, I was starting to worry.
So...in sort of desperation I bought this product and kept the receipt, thinking I would probably have to return it. I am SO keeping it! In fact, I'm headed out in the cold to buy the fat girl slim and fat girl sleep today! I personally don't mind the smell - sort of mentholly - and I'm sort of picky. You can feel it tingling, and after only a week, my pooch has gone down, the sides of my waist are more smooth, and the definition in my abs is starting to show more each day! Just for the record, I've lost 1.2 pounds in that time (I exercise 4-5 days a week at 5am and watch what I eat), so no, it's not just a ton of weight coming off. I do ab workouts daily and have for months, but just now am I starting to see my 6-pack coming back!
I use twice a day, rub it in for the recommended 30 seconds and see results, period. If you are 30 pounds overweight, I would say don't bother. Not trying to be mean, but this isn't for losing a bunch of weight and if I had tried this when i WAS 30 pounds overweight, I wouldn't have noticed a difference. This is for those of us who've done that and are now looking for that last bit of flesh to tighten up for our vanity, lol. If that's you, then buy it. I've even got my husband using it these last few days to bring out his 6-pack again...
I ususally don't wax nostalgic about products unless I truly believe in them. I spent $40 on a YSL concealer that everyone raved about and it's sort of ho-hum, so I won't be going on about it. The love handler stuff, though, is another story. It's funny to me that people will go on and on about how a lotion can't possibly work, but are the same people who use anti-aging eye and face creams! We know from experience that excellent eye and face creams make a huge difference, so why would your mid-section be any different?

This stuff is great. I have been using it two weeks and I already see and feel results. Of course I do work out 5-6 days a week but I am delighted with the "new" changes I see and feel since I started using this product! It is firming up the skin on the little area on my lower abdomen that just would not firm-up and my belly area feels and appears flater. You can feel it working especially after a work out. I apply it right after my a.m. shower, before a work out and at bed time! Thank you Bliss....this is a great product!

I started using this product back in 2008 and it's the only product that works on the hips, thighs, butt, and that area just below the abs, between the hips. I would never just apply it once a day when I started using it, I would put it on THREE or more times a day! That was the trick to seeing improved skin in under 4 weeks.
Also it works 10x's better when its applied 10-20 minutes before doing any walking, running, or any serious movement of the legs or other parts of the body that are going to be over used. I use it 4 days a week, since I'm walking a lot on campus up hills and far to my car from class to class. I can feel it tingle and leave a workout burn kind of feeling on the areas it is applied, that good kind of burn that lets you know that you are doing it right.
It's important to know that it works 10x's faster for people who workout, walk a lot, or are constantly in motion almost everyday because the ingredient caffeine in the product gets activated to help loosen fat pockets and tighten skin up. This isn't for people who need a quick fix or don't do any kind of leg movement everyday for over 10 minutes.

I've been using this product religiously, exactly as directed, for 5-6 weeks now and have not seen any results. My stomach area is in pretty good shape, but decided to try this for a couple of stubborn areas that no amount of abdominal exercises seem to help. Well this did not help either. It has a nice, cool, tingly feeling but that is about the extent of it. I guess I'm just not in the 50 percentile that saw results. I would not recommend this product.
