BP96-00464A color wheel Aug 10, 2011
By Honest Ed Item was well packed and appeared to be a genuine Samsung part. Replacement took about 1 hour in total and included me cleaning out the 6 years worth of dust that had been sucked into the tv housing from the cooling fans. This link [...]was PERFECT for instructions and I did not have to adjust anything once it was installed like some reviews note. If you follow the instructions and have half a brain this can be done by anyone... I took the extra time to clean out the inside completely and used a micro-fiber cloth to clean the reflector lens up. Pitcture looks as good as the day I bought the TV. Don't bother with expedited shipping the super saver shipping got this to me in PA within 5 days of ordering as it shipped from NJ...

This Fixed my DPL TV Feb 15, 2011
By Tony I purcahsed this part to repair a Samsung HL-P4663W DPL TV that my friend gave me. The TV was making a humming noise and vibrating. These are classic symptoms of a bad colorwheel. The TV also had no picture and the lamp light was blinking on the front. The new part arrived on time and was well packaged and in perfect condition. I installed the new colorwheel using a You Tube instructional video to guild me. The old colorwheel was shattered. After replacing the colorwheel the television is working properly again and has an great picture.

By Ron Zoz The color wheel was received in perfect shape. It made a TV that was unwatchable because of the color wheel motor buzz into a TV that now has a PERFECT picture and absolutely no buzz at all. A new bulb in January 2011 and a new color wheel in December of 2011 have made my six year old TV brand new. The install was straight forward with the help of a youtube search. Excellent!!!!!

By J. Gagliano After weeks of trying to figure out the noise in the tv and reading forum after forum, it lead to this color wheel. It arrived packaged well,was exactly what I needed and the tv looks better now than when I first bought it. The directions in the box are..none!! So beware that you may have to flip a dip switch on the main board that cost me $40.00 to find because I had to contact a tv repair person on the internet and get soome help. That is the only problem...no instructions.

By Kris Manian Got the color wheel earlier than promised in good condition. I used it to replace the defective one and it works fine. Kris
