"Lid doesn't fit skillet". I purchased this item with the All-Clad 7-1/2 skillet. The items arrived together, but the lid does not fit the pan. Instead of sitting on the rim of the skillet, it drops inside the pan about 1/4 inch. I don't know who in China is in charge of quality control, but in this country if we make a lid for a pan, it actually fits the pan.
