These are heirloom cookie sheets that will last and last Dec 05, 2009
By D. Henderson I prefer to cook on stainless steel. These cookie sheets have not and should not warp with use. I love these cookie sheets so much I have three. Since I use parchment paper when baking cookies, I don't wash these pans with every use. With a # 40 size portioning scoop, I can easily fit fifteen chocolate chip cookies on a sheet without the cookies touching. Because these cookie sheets are clad aluminum, they retain heat longer than a plain aluminum sheet. So once I get my cookies out of the oven, I slide the entire parchment paper full of cookies onto my CIA Masters Collection 12 Inch x 17 Inch Wire Cooling Rack, Chrome Plate Steel (otherwise, the cookies will over bake).
PROS: Something that is still Made in The USA.
The sheets are very stiff and doesn't warp or bend.
CONS: Expensive but it is real All Clad stainless steel clad aluminum.
The cookie sheets retain heat longer than a conventional aluminum sheet so get those cookies onto a CIA Masters Collection 12 Inch x 17 Inch Wire Cooling Rack, Chrome Plate Steel as soon as possible. Slide the parchment paper and cookies onto a cooling rack makes transferring the cookies to cool easy.

The One Pan To Have Nov 09, 2009
By Lisa C. Mercer
"skeletonmom"
I must admit, I shied away from the price at first. However, after doing MUCH research on cookies sheets-hardly anyone if at all makes stainless bakeware-I opted to "get what I paid for": a very high performance product! I find I dont need to use nonstick spray, pan cleans easy and it is heavy, strong and tough. Glad I didnt go with the thinner pans, many people complain of them warping. Best yet, since this product is stainless, I dont wonder how much carcinogenic goo I am ingesting with my food. Will NEVER buy a "nonstick" teflon (or comparable)product again for this reason...and that these type of pans just dont stay as shiny clean beautiful as stainless.

Really useful Oct 26, 2009
By Manisha This baking sheet is very useful. I have used if for cookies, making french fries and more. The size is nice and big. Sometime it is hard to clean because food gets stuck on it but otherwise really good quality and works well.

Great baking sheets Apr 02, 2009
By proud homemaker I bought these sheets because my Dacor oven touts that you can bake cookies on several sheets at one time. You need sheets without sides for this to happen. So I bought 2 All-Clad baking sheets. They are pricy, no doubt. I just made my first batch of cookies with them, and I must say, I was impressed. They performed beautifully, and they cleaned up easily. What more can you ask for. I am contemplating buying another large size and maybe a smaller one. I am very satisfied. I just wish the price would go down.
