3worked fine until the rollers quit in less than a year  Jan 26, 2010

The look and feel of the 9 roller unit screams commercial grade. We've used the item about 10 to 20 times for 3 or 4 hours each time in the course of a year for a girls HS Basketball concession. It cooked well and the split heating system was very useful. Our concession sales tripled because the dogs tasted so good. However, it been one year with sporadic use and I've just been informed the rollers stopped turning!! The heating elements still seem to work. Wouldn't have expected their to be a problem with a unit at this cost in such a short period of time. the next question is how or who to get it fixed.
